How does enrollment work?

We offer two progressive enrollment options: a 5-month and a 9-month program. These are designed to support consistent growth, skill development, and community connection over time.

Payment installment plans are available, and we’re proud to offer scholarship opportunities for BIPOC athletes and individuals from underrepresented communities in the sport.

Can I do a drop-in or trial class?

We offer $50 trial classes during the first two weeks of each new session. These trial weeks are a great way to see if our program is the right fit before committing.

Keep an eye out …space is limited, and trials are only available at the start of each session. If you choose to enroll after your trial, the $50 will be applied toward your tuition.

How does drop-off and pick-up work?

Drop-off is done at your programs specified location where staff or coach will check your student in. Pick-up is at the same location. There’s a five-minute grace period after class ends; late pickups will be charged $1 per minute and billed to the card on file at the end of the class day.

What if I’m late to class?

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted. Warm-ups are a required part of our safety and readiness protocols.

What if I’m nervous to start?

That’s completely normal. We offer optional “Warm-In” Days during the first week of each session to help students ease into the environment and routine. No pressure, just support.

Do you offer make-up classes?

We do not offer make-ups. Exceptions are made only for serious illness or injury with a valid doctor’s note emailed to us at scparkouracademy@gmail.com.

What is Be-Coin (B¢)?

Be-Coin is our fun money currency that students can use to purchase snacks, drinks, or accessories during class.
Additional B¢ can be loaded into your account through the “Buy B¢” button on the website.

How do I re-enroll for the next session?

Active members receive early enrollment access and waived enrollment fees. If you don’t re-enroll during that window, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.
